Resurfacing the canal

Not the best day to start a photo journal. Twelve hours of rain, the day after an interesting visit to Oxford, so let's stay indoors and keep warm and dry.

Here's the view from my house. The water is a) the Kennet & Avon canal and b) heavy rain. The narrowboats which moor up opposite on the towpath side of the canal are constantly changing. This week our temporary neighbours live on this recently painted deep red and cream boat.
