Old Empire

This is a fanastic ale, definetely one of my favourites. Brewed by Marstons it is very strong but a great flavour. A proper IPA.

Further to monday's blip tonight I enjoyed Led Zeppelin IV being played on radio one. (although I could have just got the CD off the shelf!) The show beforehand was excellent as well with some great tunes being played, it's not often you hear Tiny Dancer or theme from Shaft on radio 1!

Despite being a bit "too cool for school" Zane Lowe is an excellent DJ. He is really enthusiastic about music and plays a broad range of stuff, and he's good at promoting new music. Not quite to the mighty John Peel's stature but he's leagues ahead of the diabolical bunch of retards they have presenting during the day.
