Light Relief

After the brief return to summer yesterday, today is grim in a damp, hair-frizzing sort of way, so I knew I wasn't going to get another outdoor blip from around the uni.

So, I was relieved when I spotted this light. I know that this building and indeed its lights have featured before, but there was something pleasingly abstract about this one that caught my eye.

It was taken whilst balancing a heavy bag of food and a soggy umbrella between my knees and gained me a quizzical look from someone entering the building. Why is that: DSLR = "ooh a photographer" but compact = "hmn, bit odd?"
