Sunshine road

I heard a reflection which said we should be "grateful for ourselves", and that "no one deserves your kindness more than yourself". Sort of interesting how I can sometimes get so wrapped up in everything else, that I have to hear a well written reflection before remembering to stop beating myself up and give myself a break! Its okay for me to be kind to ME!
