365 in 864

so here we have the net result of eternally living so deep in the backblip - a milestone hastily observed with a low quality shot from the back of a blackberry. feels a bit like showing up to a formal affair in beachwear. oh well, this is life and the way the cards are dealt sometimes - nothing to be done about it now.

so, i have made it - finally. 365 in only 864 days. i now know that 1 blipyear = 2.4 human years in my life. have to do my best for my second blip birthday, somewhere in january 2013.

how fateful it would have been to have the image contain a 365 somewhere. guess we can't all live the dream.

suppose the photo does fairly well sum up my life these days. just did this blilp days ago from the other side of the world. not sure what it is, but i always enjoy the in-flight maps on the numerous flights every year. it's always a thrill to me to see how much time remains, or to think some nerdy time travel thought when we've crossed the international date line, or one of my true favorites - looking out the window while flying over the arctic. these milestones keep me sane during these journeys, so no better to way to celebrate them than to include them in this milestone - if only in a crappy snapshot.

all right, time for some belated cake and bubbly. looking forward to another exciting year of blip!
