NZ SCAUP (Aythya novaeseelandiae)

Fully protected little duck which has a call very similar to a Canadian Loon. The male has a striking yellow eye and a dark head. ( so there's no guessing what this one is ) they lay 5-8 creamy/white eggs inclose proximity to their fresh-water pond environment. (Blah Blah Blah) - they're a pretty little bird - I like them!
