En Route to Death Valley

The great thing about driving through the deserts and mountains of California, is the view is constantly changing.

This day was one of the highlights of the trip, the drive to Death Valley. I had grave concerns I would be over the driving before too long but I couldn't really have enjoyed it more!

You would think, looking at shots like this, it would be boring but there is so much to see and the hugeness is so impressive, it never gets boring at all.
