On top of the world

Day 2 of our Patterdale holiday. We took the ferry from Glenridding to Howtown and walked back to Patterdale via Place Fell. The weather was cold but it was sunny and the views very clear.

At the trig point on Place Fell, we took turns to clamber up for photos. Here is my friend M, always game for any activity.
