Can U guess what it is?

With the repetitive losses of power in the night from Saturday to Sunday due to the passage of Noel's tail, we had lost our tv signal from the the satellite. I had been trying to get a hold of them since Sunday on several occasions.

They put you on hold "for the next representative" and next thing you know you have to a)go somewhere, b)go to bed or c) go to work, so you have to hang up.

Tuesday at noon, the recorded voice gave me the option of leaving my number and name so they would call me back. They did but on my cell at work! After explaining my problem, the tech said I had to be in front of the receptor and that it needed a complicated reinitialization that could only be performed by a level 2 technician. He also suggested that the ideal time to call was early morning.

Last night, I was home anyway, so I call. After an hour, a lady answered. I asked her if she was a level 2 tech, she wasn't. After looking at the notes recorded in my file, she agreed that a level 2 tech was what I needed.

"Just a moment I'll transfer you", she said.

Two more hours and I had to go to bed!!!

As suggested by the previous tech, I call early this morning and I got to talk to someone within half an hour! And HE was a LEVEL 2 tech!

Twenty minutes later all was fine and dandy.
