Is it not Friday yet?

Full day. Pretty intense Osteopath treatment. Girl hormoney stuff as well. Drained.

Had long hot bath. Now in bed with brew, book and laptop. Asleep soon. This is not like me at all.

Was going to ring my dad tonight. Not done that either. Bad daughter. Not much cop in the wife/mother role either tonight. Hope the men in my life can bear with me. I think it is time that my SAD light gets used for something other than a lightbox for photos!!
