An Apple for The Teacher

Tonight's supper was grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes, one of my favourite vegetable accompaniments (cabbage sautéed in onion, garlic and chilli) and apple chutney, made from the apples in our garden. Most of the apples are still hanging on the tree and after a very wet day like today, look like this!
