Puppy

This little boy was in front of the whitewashed wall, slightly hidden, holding his new puppy which looked to be only days old.

His expression and demeanor were a mixture of being very very protective towards his treasured possession, while at the same time proud to show it off.

I hope that comes over in his expression.
