York

Spent a lovely day Christmas shopping in York. The 0800 train from Edinburgh arrived at 10.30am, visited York Minster for the first time and wandered round the Shambles. The weather was sunny but cold. You can see the water level of the river that it won't take much to flood the houses on the banks. Next time we'll take a couple of days to take in more of the history, back to the news of a new little Tree!
