Empty nest

This raggedy old dog, I believe, belonged to my maternal grandmother who played with him as a child. She was born in 1892 so he must be at least 115 years old. You can't see from this angle but I repaired him in the early 1980's with a neat denim patch in a delicate area. No way of telling whether he is embarrassed or not, hopefully not. He lives in what was my daughter's room with all her soft toys which she cannot bear to part with even though she has moved out.
He now spends his time in the company of multiple Eeyores, teddies and Mushus!
Hope he's happy.
