The Navigators, Hays Galleria
What a gray day - the sun hasn't managed to get through the blanket of cloud, so I felt like a B&W.
"The Navigators" sits as a focal point at the centre of Hays Galleria, close to London Bridge. The 60 foot moving sculpture by sculptor David Kemp was unveiled in 1987 to commemorate the Galleria's shipping heritage. Originally built in the 1850's, Hay's Wharf took deliveries from ships from all over the world and the area became known as the 'Larder of London'.
