Judo twins

She is relentlessly energetic but he has the dead eyes after an afternoon of woodland adventures followed up by an hour of Judo. He'll sleep tonight.

He's taking a Forest Ranger course at the moment. When you are small it doesn't get much better than squelching through mud, peeing behind trees and drinking hot chocolate around a camp fire. Actually it sounds great to me too.
