A Solid Foundation

A good bench is an essential foundation to woodworking, without it, it is hard to hold a piece of wood straight enough do any precise work. Unfortunately for Frank here, he had a less then ideal work bench. We had tried to steady it, but had only limited success. So, it was a little painful, but also a little funny to watch him whack away at a piece of wood and have the whole bench jump across the room, or have the wood wiggle free of the clamp. He did his best, but I doubt it helped any that he is a big guy.
