Cake countdown

As promised, retro finds from yesterday's car boot. I like things with a bit of history to them...I wonder how many cakes this has timed, how many baked biscuits it has signalled? I wonder what the cloth was originally bought for and what projects part of it became? Don't they go well together? Perhaps I'll make an apron.

In other news poor Milo spewed at pre-school. He's returned home bright as a button and has quickly topped up on ravioli, toast, cheese, fromage frais, greek yoghurt and a custard cream. And is now requesting ham sandwiches. Fingers crossed tightly we don't see that lot again!
