Samuel Beckett Bridge, Dublin
- Backblip - Dublin : Day 3
Taken especially for Blip Advisor. With 21 bridges over the Liffey, I think he will have to come over on a special visit, to photograph them all. I also choose this to include the two towers at the mouth of the river, which stand out in the Bay of Dublin.
The bridge was designed by Santiago Calatrava and opened in December 2009.
A non-stop walking tour of this wonderful city. So many shots to choose from including Georgian townhouse doors, varying street lamp-post designs, colourful buildings old and new.
