Premo Day...

...and I didn't have to work, yay!! Sth Canterbury Anniversary Day and the weather gods turned the good stuff on today.

We have pottered in the garden and done a few outdoorsy chores. We then went into town and down to Caro Bay for a walk. The beach was seething (well, a slight exaggeration) but lots of families, folk walking their dogs, oldies (us) just enjoying the day & some hardy souls were swimming. It is wonderful to see our Bay being used. In another week the dogs will be banned from the bay for the summer which will stop some people from coming.

There is pile of ironing waiting for me, I only do ironing once a week, so if not done today, the pile will be higher - I loath this chore.
