Inanimate?

I saw this through a window, half bathed in light, half in shadow. I really wanted to capture the surreal, yet creepy, feel that it had with it's one staring hypnotic eye. I have went for a high-contrast approach again as I feel that this goes some way towards highlighting the effect that the natural light had when I spotted it.

It really feels like this is something which may come alive at night which sits during the day observing everything silently...waiting!

Hope this adds some interest again after yesterdays emergency horrible blip!

(P.S. I don't know what's wrong with me today, I must be in a creepy mood as my other potential blip for today was a high contrast shot of a sheep's skull...)
