Forcefield Analysis

So as the weather held for today, we decided to take one of our case studies outside & enjoy the sunshine. We applied a version of Lewin's Forcefield Analysis concept to a business in glorious sunshine with only the river and the sound of shotguns in the distance to bother us. For some it was a novel experience, for others, merely a joy to be out by the river so late in the year.
