Staithes North Yorkshire

Picturesque fishing village very much like Robin Hoods bay, Captain Cook lived and worked here before going to sea. i took loads of photos a lot of the sea crashing on the rocks and of the cobbled streets but i really liked these colourful lobster pots.

i have back blipped the last two days Robin hoods bay and Whitby Abbey
all in all have had a great weekend and taken nearly 800 photos but can only use three maybe not even the best three.... i have missed out the Fireplaces at Bagdale Hall, the museum in Pannet park Whitby, The village of Goathland where the series Heartbeat is filmed, The steam Train and some fantastic views over the North yorkshire moors. The seas have been rough with waves crashing over rocks and into Harbours oh and last but not least The A4 Red Bus Cafe which has been there ever since i can remember.
