... I haven't a clue why these youths are dancing in the middle of the plaza.

But it was being filmed.

There are also some people wandering about in 18th(?) Century period costume - wigs and all.

Then there are the firemen carrying rubber dinghies about the place.

I do not understand, but there is a lot of subject matter for my camera - so I am not complaining!
