As a 10year old this is where I fractured my skull

The concrete blocks were the base of a crane which was sited at the slipway for Blackburn Flying boats. As young lads we had a rope attached as a swing and guess who was on it when it broke, yes it was yours truly.
The factory had been closed for a few years and was a great playground.
I remember being in hospital and Real Madrid were playing in the European cup final and the nurses wouldn't let me watch it, but a neighbour of ours was in the same ward and sneaked me into the TV room to watch it.
Oh dear I must be getting old when I start reminiscing like this!!!!!!
