Nigerian wedding in Brighouse, West Yorkshire

This is a picture of my Malawian boyfriend Chris taking photos at a Nigerian wedding in Brighouse.

I only attended this wedding briefly - my partner Chris was the best man.

I headed home after 20mins despite being at reception as no one there knows about Chris & I.

He will be sitting with the bride & groom so I would have been left on my own!

Its very sad that even in todays climate we can't just be open about our relationship but African culture (or rather right wing evangelical Christian American culture which has infected African culture like a disease) isn't very accepting of gay people!

Ah well was nice to see the amazing clothes & a smiling happy bride!
