Nice Night out in Beirut...

Well I over gorged myself on bulb exposure tonight. I was contemplating going all the way up to Dunfermline for the big firework display in Pittreavie Park but I took 2 steps outside my front door and realized that if I wanted some firework blips, I needn't go too far.

Same happens every year, and no amount of advertising or selling restrictions seems to hamper the charge of the fire brigade. As I was nestled in a wee farm track trying to hide away from the lights of the city, the only other noise under the sound of the fireworks going off was the boys in red.
