The Calm Before the Storm

Ahhhh, the afternoon nap. Well, more of an early evening nap for CJ today. He's been up since six, bless 'im. Bless 'im my erse, if he's been up since six then I've been up since six and no-one tries to cajole me into having an afternoon nap.
Grrr.
The wee man had to have a nap today (closely guarded as always by Lewis the Poois) as we had a big family meal at Waarrrtle to celebrate the safe return of Nic, Flic and Mum M from China. They've been over there harassing poor Chinese folk for knock-off Uggs, Marc Vuitton and Louis Chanel bags...and doing some Highland dancing too. Will have to try and get a photo of the girls in full fling - they are amazing dancers and all round lovely people - just like the rest of our family. Full bellies, crazed kids, and one exhausted Grandma later we emerged - home again now and time for a nice cup of tea.
