Taylor the tyre man

My sense of direction always abandons me as soon as I reach Hackney.... no idea why.

I thought I had parked in Vyner Street, the workshop area of the Young British Artists. Instead it was Coate Street (no where near).

Returning to my car, instead of finding Tracy Emin's neon designer, I found a tyre workshop, Taylor Sussex and his dog Blue.

At first I saw the huge caterpillar tyre and Blue standing guard by the workshop door. I tentatively walked in and Taylor came out to greet me, happily chatting and agreeing to be photographed.

Blue also turned out to be very friendly, joining in on the capture after a bit of coaxing from both of us.
