Quiet up there...

Well the weather broke - wet and miserable all day.

Spent the day out and forgot that Janet had taken the umbrella from the boot of the car (trunk for those of you reading on the other side of the Atlantic), so spent most of it soggy. Also forgot my camera (huge crime as missed a few great opportunities) so had limited time to get a shot in.

Learnt one lesson today (in addition to check where the umbrella is), which should have been blindingly obvious. Don't walk into the middle of a field with a new tripod and no torch and then try and get the camera attached. It is not the same as the old one...

Anyway, long exposure on the moon, which was shedding a little light on the leaves in front of me, which are slowly turning colour as autumn sets in.
