Bluffin' with my muffin

After a day that just wouldn't seem to end yesterday I needed a little perker upper. Somehow I have ended up with three punnets of blueberries (clearly I must have bought them, but why three?!) so blueberry muffins seemed like the easy and obvious choice. I jazzed them up with a little orange zest in the batter and an orange glaze on top. The verdict so far from those who have sampled one? Subtle, citrussy and an excellent breakfast muffin. So there you go.
