Repetition.

I walk past this view every morning and every night on my way to and from work. I've blipped something similar to this more than once.
We had a lot of rain on Salford Quays on Thursday, together with a massive thunderstorm and lightning so fierce it hurt my eyes.
I took this before the rain returned.
