If You Need Another Reason...

I was going to do an outdoor blip today, but it rained all morning and afternoon. In spite of the rain, we still went walking -- as Pensioner commented, I need to burn off some of the extra calories I'm imbibing this week.

In the evening we went to the Rogue brewpub for dinner. The food was good, but not as interesting as last night's. C and I each ordered our choice of four small beer tasters, and shared them. I liked all of them -- some more than others. I also tried Rogue's single malt whiskey, which was awarded two gold medals in 2010 -- one by the American Distillers Institute and one in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition Mind you, it's only aged four months in the barrel, but surprisingly smooth in spite of that.
