Bad news and good news in one story

On a busy day like today, I'll opt to link to the stories rather than write my own synopsis of it.

I don't have anything in my heart other than love for the Iranian people who are moderate and go about their daily business just like the rest of the world but this man is a dangerous lunatic-that he is even in power, I consider terribly depressing and frightening, that he is given an international platform to spew his utter crap is beyond me.

Whenever I read about people in his government and the Iranian people who protest against him, I am just so grateful that there are enough intelligence in his people to not have the wool pulled over their eyes and enough bravery to stand up to him. I consider that very good news.
