Relax

This is my new reading corner. We actually used it yesterday with a couple of my
Yr 11 lads and we are going to finish our lesson each week with 15 mins reading in comfort!

I think the best thing they can leave school with is at least an appreciation of the pleasure of reading. I would like them to love it but these are 15/16 year olds who find reading a struggle and many books aren't accessible to them. If they can read some of it and listen to and enjoy the rest, seeing how relaxing it can be, I think it is a job well done!
