Caaaaake!

We are expecting a visit from my parents and sister tomorrow so had planned a very productive day clearing up the midden and doing some baking. However Katy decided that 4.15 would be the perfect time to wake up and so have spent the majority of the morning scouring the internet for a low cost tranquilizer gun. Unfortunately they seem to be rather hardto come by.

I have managed to get all the washing done and put away and the spare room is almost habitable (if you don't mind sharing your bed with the odd lego brick and balding My little Pony). We are also nearly finished baking a 4 layer chocolate birthday cake for my dad, he deserves it after Mondays efforts and I need to replace all those calories I burned off whilst not having a car. This is a picture of Abis contribution to clearing up. You can just about see the chocolate splatters over Katy, which are the result of letting Abi loose with an electric whisk.
