Pelican

Today was one of the grey chilly ones that makes me want to sulk inside. But after yesterday's blip(photographed a pothole at the bottom of the driveway, I'm afraid) pride drove me out to look for something, umm, better.

The wqterfowl display pond is nearby. The pelican was such an obliging model that I had a tough time choosing just one pose.

I tried to make a Photoshop fix so that the grey branches don't look so much like antlers.
