Rainset

Here is another image from my balcony but this time its off a very ominous rain cloud. Today the weather was soo terrible, close to flood weather. But there was a break in the rain of a couple of hours. This shot was taken at sunset but as you can see the approaching cloud blocked that out leaving this beautiful contrast of colours. My favorite/most proud blip so far.

It was also the last day I had the use of the 5D Mark II. What a camera. I loved it. It was great seeing all my lenses in full frame. But I have to say I still prefer my 7D. It has a bit more options and flexible than the 5D, plus I miss using my 10-22mm EFS Lens. I would have used it on this scene. A photographer needed to borrow it as he needed to film with it at 50fps which the 5D can't do. If they release a 5D Mark III with the capabilities of the 7D it will be some camera.
