Accident at the Capitol

I drive on Capitol Hill every day, between the Capitol itself and the Senate buildings. Most of the time, the US Capitol Police guards are standing around, apparently doing nothing. Occasionally, I see them doing what they're out there to do - direct trucks and buses away from the seat of America's government. And then, once in a blue moon, I see them with a real situation on their hands. This is one of those times.
