Today was a difficult blip decision day but I had to go with this little one peering out from those wooden slabs. This is the same neighborhood in which I found the crazy house. It's not a well-to-do area.

We had a powerful storm last night that took down two tress and a large branch from a third tree next to our house. Smokey helped me inspect the damage this morning.

And ArtPrize officially opens tonight. Downtown was teeming with works of art and artists making last minute adjustments. Spectators were making the most of it and people were everywhere. The art fair lasts until October 7.
