X marks the spot

The park was on the turn today leaves falling (along with letters!) seed heads, berries and low sun. There were cob nuts on the market and yet it was oddly warm sitting in sun eating a hot dog while an accordinist played it was all oddly continental (it was currywurst!) and yet the clocks go back at the weekend.
