This is the wicked stepmother.

I don't think she looks particularly wicked, and she's not really. She is a lovely person who now spoils my Dad! And he's getting used to it!!! He is a spoiled adult! It can be really funny listening to them argue, because its never a real argument. She or He will roll their eyes at what ever the other says, sometimes it a bit like watching a sit-com.
