Antibiotics

I've had a bump on my head for the last 3 days. I didn't think it was that bad but I've had loads of comments asking me if I'd banged my head. It wouldn't look so bad, but it's right where my hair parts so it's really noticeable. Then yesterday I found a lump at the hinge of my jaw too. Knowing that a lump is not a good sign I toddled off to the doctors this morning.

A diagnosis of bacterial skin infection with a secondary infection of the lymph glands was given, quickly followed by a 7 day course of flucloxacillin.

I feel a bit of a moaning minnie whinging about a bit of a red bump on my head when someone close to me will soon have to face a hysterectomy to remove fibroids, but I'm glad this is being treated so I shouldn't wake up with lymph glands looking like a chipmunk tomorrow.
