Ethan does "The Movies"!

Ethan had his first trip to the cinema today! We went through to Glasgow to meet my friend Shona & her wee boy Ruaridh and we took them to Baby Cinema at Glasgow Quay. To be honest, we hadn't even checked out what the film was - we just fancied a trip with the boys to the cinema!

The film wasn't fantastic, but the boys did pretty well. Ruaridh lasted about half the film before Shona admitted defeat and Ethan nearly got to the end before I took him out and met Shona back at her flat so I could feed him. I think if I do it again then an afternoon showing would be better rather than encroaching on Ethans lunchtime like this one did.

I started off with him sitting on my lap but he seemed happier a lot of the time when I gave him a seat to himself. There were several other mummies there who had babies much younger than Ethan and who were curled up asleep on their chests. Seems like a long time ago that Ethan used to do that!
