A Man And His Ballon

Walking to the subway on my way home from work. I thought I had my blip from earlier in the day. The I saw in front of me a man walking with a giant silver tube. I grabbed the camera and bliped it. As he walked by I saw it was a giant balloon. Where was it going? And why??
