Worse for wear

Some of us were a little delicate this morning. Some of us nevertheless had to get out of bed and walk the dog. The dog does not approve of late-night drunken shenanigans. He lets you know this by waking at dawn and howling till you get up and feed/walk him. Could issuing every household with a disapproving dog usher in a new era of teetotalism? It might work...
