Thanks to Tristan for giving me the watch Idea.

Caution Tech Stuff:

This was very painful to do. I found Photoshop did a terrible job at blending 4 different focus point images of the watch. I didn't like the light so the watch was shot 3 different ways. I left to much dirt behind on the watch which needed to be cleaned in post. The tools were not done well but at least I came out OK. I'm giving myself for a first macro size attempt a D+. I will try this again in the future...
