Fig-ment of my imagination

After a long day at work it is nice to spend some time in the garden, whilst the evenings are still light enough, to discover what new plants and flowers have shot up since I last looked. But mostly, I am keen to see whether my eagerly anticipated figs have ripened but alas no. I shall continue the obsservations and you never know at some point I may have a photo of ripe figs to capture.
