Aerial!

Went to a performance night. it was held in a Gymnastics gym (only in Japan) at the end though there was this kid of about 12 just messing around doing crazy acro stuff.

i wanted to get an in focus pic of him mid flip but this was the best i could do. does anyone have any advice on how i would alter my camera settings to get good movement photos?
