Splash Of Colour ...

A lack of colour in my day today so I had to change that didnt I ... hmmm.

I am so angry with myself today (Well not myself but my illness).


I am still in slight pain today due to my illness but to top it off I have injured my finger by turning the washing machine on ... how sad is that, I can not believe that an illness like Hypermobility Syndrome can cause some many injuries and problems, grrr.
